For the inaugural Talent Directors Conference, more than 14 videos, 14 LED Backgrounds, and hundreds of speaker graphics were compiled. In a room of close to 1,000 Chick-fil-A Talent Directors and Operators, this content played, helping to equip them with the tools they need to build their own local talent strategy.
To inspire the audience we created this story video of Talent Director Nathan Wells.
